This fruit forward White displays nuances of Quince, Apricot, Fresh Peaches, Chinese Pear, Apple Crumble and White Pepper spice with hints of Fennel Seed and grassiness. Medium bodied. This wine has high acidity, which goes well with many shellfishes. However its fruity sweetness is the main characteristic that makes it pair so well with an Asian dish. Alcohol content is towards the heavier side but well compensated by the high acidity making it refreshing and fruity with a medium finish.
