The wine
Located in the Var department, the Provence area produce some of the best Rosé wines in the world. The Cotes de Provence is the largest AOC designated wine regions within Provence, made based on stringent quality requirements. The vines of Lou Farati come from a schist and limestone soil that give their unique mineral character to this rosé!
Tasting notes
The nose is fine and exalts notes of raspberry, with a mineral hint. In mouth, this Cotes of Provence is fresh, slightly lacteous, with fruity notes of Strawberry, Raspberry and White peach. A fantastic bottle!
