Since 1811, the House of Perrier-Jouët has created wines with a unique signature, floral, stylish and diamond-cut. The last two centuries have seen only seven Cellar Masters preserving the secrets of a unique style. A perfect balance between the crystalline characteristics of the 2007 vintage and the consistency of the Perrier-Jouët House style.
In 1902, Emile Gallé designed a delicate spray of anemones to be engraved on the prestigious cuvées of Perrier-Jouët Champagnes. The House has remained loyal to this artistic heritage ever since. The same tradition gave rise to Beauting: a vision of gastronomy which embraces Beauty and Good Food, turning each dish into a work of art, in perfect harmony with each cuvée. A unique sensory experience and a feast for the eye and the palate alike.
This cuvée can provide mouth-watering matches to delight the eye and palate in equal measure: Beauting by Perrier-Jouët.
Light gold with an almost radiant clarity and fine, vibrant bubbles.
In the nose, magnolia, honeysuckle and citrus aromas (bergamot, orange, lemon peel) clothed in just-ripe pear and peach notes with a hint of minerality.
In the palate bold initial flavours are followed by a wonderfully persistent crystalline freshness, revealing white fruit flavours complemented by notes of almond milk.
It pairs wonderfully with the salty freshness of seafood, the subtle flavour of tender poultry, or and the pure sweetness of lightly sugared fruit desserts.
