The wine
Chateau de Callac is one of the oldest areas of common Illats on the Graves appellation in the Bordeaux region. On top of the award winning Graves red wine, the estate also produce this white wine in the grand tradition of dry white Bordeaux.
Tasting notes
This white Bordeaux is a complex and elegant wine which offers a citrus nose with fine hints of cinnamon and vanilla. Velvety and suave on the palate, this wine has a nice length and intense aromas with an excellent acidity.
